Reflecting on Valentines Day, how did you fair with food?  Who doesn't love to splurg on holidays? I completely agree it's a great idea to have these days of guilt free pleasure.  A friend of mine revealed how excited she was that within a week she was celibrating valentines, presidents day, and mardi gras.  Looks like holidays are making a come back.  Plan ahead for these special cheat days. Enjoy (in moderation) your favorite desserts.  Don't forget these are also great times to Burn between 50-150 calories doing cardio with your special someone.
